I'll be building this part of the site more as I go on, experimenting with this remarkable internet thing. But for now, I've dug up a video of a song I wrote my first year in NYC, when I was feeling a little lost on my artistic journey. This one feels relevant more often than I'd like to admit, but revisiting it gives me the sense that the struggle bears fruit. I'm miles from where I was when I wrote it, but the hunt to be a better, more productive artist will continue for as long as I'm alive and kicking.
